GRP Contract and Related Documents

The files below contain information related to the SJRA’s proposed Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) Contract. The GRP Contract is offered to all Large Volume Groundwater Users (LVGUs) in Montgomery County and establishes a legal mechanism by which LVGUs can join the SJRA’s GRP and achieve compliance with the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District’s groundwater reduction regulations.

Alternative Analysis Report – 16MB file
  This report documents the analysis conducted by SJRA consulting engineers of the various pipeline routing and delivery alternatives considered in developing the WRAP. The study includes demand analyses, conversion strategies, infrastructure requirements, and economic analyses.

Joint WRAP - Part I

The document linked below is the SJRA’s Joint WRAP-Part I that was submitted to the Lone Star GCD on August 28, 2008. The Joint WRAP was submitted on behalf of 198 participating large volume groundwater users. The file is fairly large (9.2 MB), so a high-speed connection is recommended for downloading. If you do not have the ability to download the file, you are welcome to stop by the SJRA office to receive a copy on cd-rom.
